Great company for developing skills in Supply Chain
The good thingsNot stressful environment and linient management. As long as you perform your job well and completed all your deliverables, that's all that matters. The team are like families and no discrimination. Management offers training that can improve your skills or that you may be interested to excel. Good platform I must say.
The challengesRecognition for employees are not well considered. Employee benefits are not competitive enough compared to other companies. Salary is not aligned to the market offer but more workloads added to some employees. The company should apply the lean management and maximize its employees because the tasks are not equally distributed.

    Working experience at IM Philippines
The good thingsIngram Micro provide good health benefits, high salary and bonuses. They provide a very productive trainings! They superiors and colleagues are very warm, friendly and proffesional. They do not just take care of their employees but also the family of the workers. You can't go wrong with this company. If ever I will go back and work again in the Philippines this is the 1st company I will consider!
The challengesIngram Micro could have offered more in relation to their facilities like good sleeping quartes, cafeteria and pantries. They can also provide more like free snacks and drinks in a small pantry like free coffee, juice and buscuits for their employees.

The good thingsPeople-oriented company. There are alot of activities that are not business related which greatly improves the connection of each employee and at the same time values quality time for their families. i would say that I had enjoyed my stay in this company.
The challengesThe location is the only challenge that I had since IM does have only one office here in the Philippines. That is the one located in McKinley Hill Taguig.

    Challenging
The good thingsI enjoy working with Ingram Micro because it provides me the knowledge and the tools to be more efficient on my work. They have provided me a work and life balance, they also given me the chance to pursue my talent as a dancer. They have lots of Activity and also training that will maximize your potential as an individual and as an employee.
The challengesStaying in Ingram Micro was a challenge for me because I have no experience in doing Sales Order, the system or software that they used is different from what my past employers. I have to unlearn and learn again in order for me to absorb everything that is necessary for my position. It may be difficult on my part but I like it.

    Great job, great people
The good thingsI've learned a lot of new things here. My knowledge in excel was great. When I joined the team I only had a little knowledge in excel but by the help of my teammates, I learned a lot, new functions etc. Ingram Micro was a generous company in terms of salary & benefits. They have offered me a salary more than what I am expecting, and take note the benefits, its awesome!so grateful with this company
The challengesthe work itself is not easy, but then through the kindness of my teammates it is more easier for me to understand those hard tasks that we assigned to me. I was challenged to report during our bi-monthly meeting over the phone(webex)with our north-America team. Again, my team mates did not allow me to do that alone, their always there to support me.
