    Best working experince
    The good thingsGood working environment and company. I have gained alot of experience here. Build a good working relationship with colleagues from all levels. Achieved my goals. Made good memories in this great company.
    The challengesAs the company grow from less than 50 to more than 100, expectations were high but I still overcome the challenges. With only 3 staff in HR team managing APAC countries, it was quite challenging as we need to multitasked in order to meet the company expectations.

    Good camaraderie but weak management
    The good thingsGood team mates Strong work together culture and result producing team. Freedom to plan your own targets work at your own pace
    The challengesManagement does not know Nor bother about operations. Reward does not go with output or results. Reward goes to those who are buddies with their superiors; remuneration is highest for TOP tier management who builds sand castles in the air project after project but failed to translate them into tactical and practicable steps and goals. Projects get abandoned easily with no repercussions Too much freedom that some free riders do nothing produce no output whole year but continued remaining. Workers are not rewarded freeriders and bad attitude people live on forever leeching life out of can-do spirited people
