    The challenges- Management bias with senior staff - Workload not distributed evenly - High volume of calls but not enough manpower as a lot of staff are always on leave/MC - Starting pay quite low

    The challengesThe environment there isn’t very favourable. Occasionally, I was unmotivated to go to work because the seniors may not have a professional attitude at times (unfavourable curse words are thrown at juniors and they sometimes bring in personal life issues to work).

    An Eye Opener to the Healthcare Clinical Lab Industry
    The good thingsAble to learn most of the procedures and processes that is done. Great working environment that is suitable for learning. Great colleagues that help out each other and work well as a team.
    The challengesThe pay staffs deserve for working hard and overtime. Working hours should be consistent in way that doesn't affect the staff healthy work-life balance.

    The good thingsOne of the things I can proudly say is Innovative Diagnostics Pte. Ltd, has a good working environment. The staffs and bosses are friendly and approachable.
    The challengesEvery company has its own different challenge stories, either its good or bad as long you did your task and finish on time. When everything turn into chaos, we still to manage the workload.
