    medium salary grade leadership management not too good, lack of communication process and expertise
    The good thingsYou can use some of the latest delphi technology only in mobile but in desktop they are behind the current trend. The good thing is you can show your excellent skills, expertise and idea.
    The challengesNo HR management, the salary is medium benefits not quite no health care, leadership is not good chaos, communication not good not using the full extended system for communication, lack of system expertise, do not spend to buy equipment for developers some are 2nd hand old, leader are too pushy and do not know what they are talking about technology, do not know how the components full capacity works. If you work from home they do not spend or give you equipment to be use that sucks. product quality not good and style old design no testers for the product to test but being release to the client.

    The good thingsGreat Environment Wonderful Work Culture Ample Opportunity for people to grow and travel. Excellent amenities for recreation and get the work-life balance. Opportunity to work in various domains to build a great career.
    The challengesVery Client friendly. Need to become more employee friendly Must improve on the providing more employee benefits to avoid attrition. Management needs to back the employees to give them ample support to lead and build a career.

    The good thingsI started as Senior Process Executive and was promoted to Quality and after 3 years, got promoted as Supervisor. I was able to travel to Bangalore for Knowledge Transfer from Philippines to India. Was trained to several process improvements and career growth. Consistent training and milestones for career development and work life balance is in effect in this company. I recommend this company.
    The challengesWhat could have been done is that right after the competency based trainings, they must onboard them to practice what they have been learned inside the training. Identify potential employees to be promoted to the next higher level regardless of the business unit they are into, they should be given a chance for a promotion.
