The good thingsThe benefits is comparable to expatriates in Singapore. Suitable for employees who would like to start a family or has a family. A very nice environment which employees will feel very comfortable.
The challengesOffice politics but has a overall nice environment to work in. Salary is slightly lower as it is a non-profitable organisation.
