    Excellent launchpad
    The good thingsGood training ground for fresh graduates to learn about R&D, picking up good foundational technical skills as well as communications skills. Good exposure to academic and industry contacts. Decent work-life balance with good remuneration and bonuses.
    The challengesChances for progression is challenging. Yearly increment is nothing to shout about. Might be overlooked in spite of good performance due to the need to push scholars. Therefore, there might be a perceived glass ceiling in the organisation

    Improvement of professional skill in IMRE
    The good thingsIMRE provided a lot chances to improve staff's professional skill. I think it is a good thing for my future career. IMRE is a warm family, where you never feel lonely.
