Good place to work, but not for ambitious individualsThe good thingsGood work/life balance. Typically no OT.
Colleagues are nice too, willing to share all experience and knowledge they have.
Other than normal teaching hours, we also have to clock self-upgrade hours, and projects hours. Some courses and projects are pretty interesting and innovative.
The challengesHaving to work with a good number of colleagues who are at least 60 yo can be a headache at times as they tend to be more stubborn, more resist to changes, and less open minded. Nevertheless, they are still very nice and friendly people.
