    Very Good Boss and leadership
    The good thingsMD of the company is young and humble. With very strong leadership attributes which command respect. Work is flexible and MD will give opportunity for employee to upgrade and learn. Colleagues are fun and professional in their duties at the same time. Can learn alot from the MD.
    The challengesCan be physical occasionally. But you will feel motivated when the MD goes on site hands on together with you. What more to say?

    The good thingsThe boss here is very Supportive and Instead of bossing, he guides. Instead of telling a team what to do, he helped figure out what to do. Very Honest and Empathetic, very Motivational and Nurturing. Encourages employees to go for courses to upgrade themselves, he is open to all ideas and receive them with passion.
    The challengesThere are bound to be challenges, but is the way you cope it. but one thing for sure, there's no office politics. which is very important. people here work as a team. this is very rare.
