While the clinic may offer international exposure, the overall work culture lacks professionalism and respect for staff well being.
The good thingsThis is a great opportunity to learn all aspects of dentistry, including orthodontics, even if you have no prior experience. Be prepared for a fast-paced, hands on learning environment in a busy town w international exposure, where you’ll grow quickly through real time experience and feedback.
The challengesThe clinic is understaffed, with long hours and no overtime pay. Lunch breaks often skipped or delayed. Management can be temperamental. It’s stressful environment with no breaks and a lot of pressure. Still in probation period, and left to handle everything on my own.
