    The good thingsOverall it has been a great experience. Everyone's very nice, employee engagement is well done. I have been working here for 6 months now and all is well. You start to find problems anywhere the longer you stay in the company. But it's a great start.
    The challengesCareer development could be the only problem here. From what I hear and feel not many people are satisfied with their current roles or do not see an opportunity for advancement in the company. Though the company is known for very tight knit in keeping their employees within the company. But seems like they are unable to retain them (could be because of budget/policies)

    The good thingsThe company takes good care of the employees. Benefits are at good enough. Company have many events for employees so that we could still have fun. Higher management are visible and I know where I could find them if I have issues or concerns that I'd like to discuss.
    The challengesThere are times when I feel that I have too much on my plate. My supervisor tends to be not around sometimes. There are times when I am not sure if I could be honest to the people around me.

    The good thingsAside from good environment and clean workplace I salute the people (from Top Management to co-workers) for being a good role model and always helping others to reach Company goals together. In IHG I always wanted to go to work and I never thought of not going to actually since everyday is a positive day and colleagues were fun to be with. I miss the people there - really good people! IHG the best
    The challengesThere is nothing I would change in IHG since most of the employees who worked there are now successful in the Hotel industry worldwide. In there I learned to be an optimistic person and I always open myself on new learning and teachings of our Mentors.
