6 Months Internship with the Fragrances Encapsulation Production TeamThe good thingsThe technicians, team leads and engineers were very helpful, welcoming and really made me feel at home even though I was just an intern. They are always ready to help me whenever I needed help and they also involved me in some of their decision making which made me feel that I was part of their team as well.
The challengesSometimes, the communication from the higher management to the production team was not very clear which caused some miscommunication and I feel that this can be improved on.
