    Great company with flexible working arrangements
    The good thingsGood environment and great colleagues. You get to work with many different colleagues from different countries. They are also flexible in work from home arrangement.
    The challengesManagement tends to change quickly and there is bi annual retrenchment exercise to make their bottomline look good. Have to becareful as you might get retrenched after a year.

    The challengesLimited career advancement for technical staff level and heavy duty works that can't acceptable,heavy workloads too. Overload projects and lack of understanding from supervisor.
