Demise of a great company due to poor leadership.The good thingsStaff benefits are good when i started, however, due to poor performance of the company, these benefits are gradually being cut off.
Colleagues, the ones that were there when i was working there are supportive, genuine and authentic. We worked well as a team and generally help each other out.
The challengesCompany's performance and it subsidiaries are not doing well especially during covid period. Poor leadership, where the leaders are more concerned about their own survival than taking care of the staff. Staff have to do multiple taskings and environment under these leadership are toxic. But things I heard are improving as the rotten apples are being replaced.
