    The good thingsIt's true that fresh grads are trained for the role, and management gives u projects to work on.
    The challengesManagement is moody, low pay increments and dependent on if they like you.

    Boss need to trust more on staff
    The good thingsHave good design sense,salary pay on time.Good training school!
    The challengesManagement need trust more in staff and lesser gossiping /politic at behind/front staff,employees turnover rate too high,hard to work with every department.Incapable of keeping experienced and talent supervisor staff.Management should not rely on emotions to carry out tasks.Overtime a lot.Frequently have miscommunication.
