The good thingsCan't think of any good things in IPP after working for almost 1 year.
The challenges-Expected to learn on your own when comes to using navision system. Lacking patient to teach. -Lacking space in office (hardly to walk around the office) -messy finance workload occurs because the documents like invoices are not kept properly ,some missing. Expect to look for missing documents on your own . -no team bonding

Great Company, Ethical Advisory Culture based on Meeting Client's Needs
The good thingsGreat advisers who seek to value-add clients. Provide honest recommendations that meet client needs. Team culture of collaboration. There is work-life balance, moving beyond the typical 9 to 5 job with flexible working hours. Discipline, focus and motivation is needed to manage your time. Good managers who are willing to teach and encourage you.
The challengesFast-paced working environment, industry changes and learning a wide range of insurance and investment products.

This company has very poor management, lousy in-house system, unstructured family oriented working environment.
The good thingsSome good colleagues working here. Due to age and unable to find a job elsewhere and they are stuck in this place.
The challengesYou must be very self-motivated and can adapt to nonsense in order to work in this company. Set your own goals and do not be discouraged due to unappreciative bosses and poor management.

My communication and motivational skills got improved in this proceed and encourage to motivate the team of sales telemarketer to generate more leads for the company to generate more sales and revenue in the event.
