    Company that needs a sanity check on their operating ethics and integrity!
    The good thingsSome colleagues are nice and personable, met a few like-minded individuals who can be friends beyond just colleagues.
    The challengesManagement is a bunch of flukes and far from actual leadership calibre! They do not value clients, much less employees, all they care about are personal financial interests and keeping their jobs which are on the line.

    The good thingsThis company is going places - not the dominant conference company in Singapore - they have leading events across multiple sectors
    The challengesHard work - need to work on being effective rather than simply grafting.

    The good thingsNothing. Poor management form top. Poor and ignorant HR who calculates wrong salary every month and not aware of MOM rules such as MC and leave pay etc. Weak Regional Controller based in Australia Rude and quarrelsome colleagues all over the world
    The challengesChange management Especially the Regional Controller (Australian) who can then change the HR. No. 1 gossiper and company wrecker - HR Many roles could be done by local staff but they prefer to fill in with foreigners HR is no.1 liar when it comes to IRAS matters - on foreigners tax and rental benefits - all a cover up
