    wouldn't recommend to anyone
    The good thingsif you are under a good and nice associate, you are lucky. else this firm has toxic management and alot of office politics be it amongst everyone in the firm. weird that there are alot of 5 stars reviews here when the turnover is very high every year.

    The good thingsExtremely compassionate attorneys and dependable support personnel. I will suggest this to anyone looking to advance their career in the nation's judicial system. I really miss the chance right now and will wait for it if I have the chance again in the future.

    Experience of working at IRB is the best thing in life!
    The good thingsThere are plenty of opportunities when it comes to growth and development but with regards to the cost of heavy workload, I have no issue with IRB law firm so far.
    The challengesThe work-life interrogation can be quite more challenging than the work-life balance.

    All the lawyers and staff are nice and friendly
    The good thingsAs an employee at this law firm for one year now, I can say that my experience is awesome! The reason? the work setting is great, all the lawyers and staff are nice and friendly and the positivity is contagious (not the Covid-19 one, of course). I am happy to be part of IRB Law LLP
    The challengesDon't be late and always give your best shot. You won't have any problems working with the people here.

    Probably the only law firm that allows you to work at your own pace
    The good thingsHere at IRB law firm, they will acknowledge your potential. They will allow you to make crucial decisions on how (or even where) you want to work to be done. My experience working in this law firm is valuable, since a lot of learning and sharing of ideas are here.

    IRB is great work place
    The good thingsI have been with this law firm for 6 months. So far, I can say that I am happy to work with the people here. My bosses are knowledgeable and nice. My workmates are very easy to work with. Transferring from a stressful and toxic company to this law firm is both a blessing and purpose.

    A very caring and supportive law firm
    The good thingsIRB demonstrated care and support to its clients especially when Covid-19 pandemic hit in 2020, affecting many businesses and people here in SG. The firm became a little "business-minded" yet this was only beneficial to the improvement of their fast-paced system.
    The challengesA lot of adjustments still needs to be done since the pandemic is not yet over.
