Poor management, Low salary & too many tasks
The good thingsThe good thing is that the team is quite tight knit as we get used to handling various types of customers daily, especially the unpleasant ones
The challengesPoor management, leading to poor planning of manpower so some days you have to work more days or do more things to replace someone. Pays you peanuts compared to your actual workload. Some days, management team can be seen giving staff below them their work while they slack and relax.

    Great company with great colleagues!
The good thingsSuperiors are very attentive to their employees, colleagues are very sociable and great to work with. Working environment is very comfortable and welfare of employees is being looked after. Work load is being delegated evenly and easily manageable. Colleagues are very helpful and approachable, reducing much of the mundane stress.
The challengesGeneral work requires high attention to details, meticulous and able to assist with over-times during busy periods. Work area requires good basic warehouse discipline and conduct to reduce overall work risks. Security is very stringent and speed and quality are of utmost importance.

A stepping stone to be a customer service
The good thingsI would say it start of a customer service officer to learn to tackle and manage customer on your own. Customers and colleagues will see you as someone with a rank if customer left the place with a pleasent smile. With the help of managers, you would not be too stress as they will be on your side before customers. Job will always be a job. There nothing you can over run a rule books.
The challengesDifficulties of handlings customers who just bought their brand new phones and was not expected to become faulty the next day. As a proffesional customer service officer for service centre. We need to let the techincal teams to diagnose the deivce before we can proceed to another step. As life, we are taking thing step by step to progress in life.
