    Great working dynamics
The good thingsThe dynamics and the collaboration of the management team. People are sincere about improving their work elements. Open door policy, where managers are approachable and escalations are treated as raising the flag for help.
The challengesWork can get stressful with customers, and when that happens, there will be people friction. Some are slow learners and movers, so as an organization, the challenge is how to motivate all to move forward.
