    Company with no proper management

    The challengesWhen the management knows what’s wrong with the company and not making things right. High turnover rate. Divisions do not cross sell. Too segregated. Reputable in the market that staffs have low morale, staffs who left are in much better place now. No AWS.

    The challengesLow morale/actors in high position acting busy but no results. Don’t join else u will be as lousy due to the culture influence. Surprisingly managed this way for a SGX Company and yet staff can complain no bonus!
