    The good thingsEmployer, trainer and management, they're flexible and approachable. My teammates also, they're great to be with. The products and services that J.Co offers simply defines they're wholeness! This was my first job and nothing could compare with this. Simply Awesome!
    The challengesEveryday is challenging, different class of customer, different situation, different problems, different feedback, from worst to best, still I found amazing things in my first job (J.Co) Also, the products it was incomparable!

    The good thingsWhat I enjoyed most in this company , its the teamwork,the laughter despite of all the stressful day and the encouragement of our trainers to fight, to dream,to believe in our self,to work hard,though natural to get tired but still don't try to give up.
    The challengesits very challenging to be part of this company because of the lessons the practical or the hands on training. Though sometimes they say bad things that would made you feel down but its their way of challenging you to strive hard and prove to yourself,to them that you are worth to be part of it.
