Extremely good place to start your career
The good thingsGreat place to learn. People are willing to share. Politics is there but manageable (also depending on team). Doesn't operate like like Japanese style so work life balance is definitely there. Even if you need to OT, company will compensate accordingly. Environment is also comfortable - quiet, clean and close to JE MRT. Management is not stingy type. During bad times (covid19) still squeeze out bonuses despite having stoppages to some projects
The challengesSalary growth is slow. Leaning towards sunset industry - oil & gas In a slow decline stage. Best days may be over.
