    Badly managed. Top management should look into such management that affect the company's image
    The good thingsFrom a personal experience. There is nothing good that I can describe. I believed it's very much depending on which team an individual is allocated to.
    The challengesWasn't formally introduced to the team on the first day and during first meeting. Team lead do not have clear directions and processes. Lack of support from management. After a week, pressured on what have i accomplished. Information requested for work were not shared. Vulgarity in client's office.

    The challengesWorking at site is demanding, stakeholders are unreasonable. The stress level is very high. Turnover as high as 3 per month.

    The good thingsI enjoyed work life balance in this company. I have a supportive boss who encourage personal growth outside my workplace. Whatever i learn outside my job would be contributed back to the company.
    The challengesI am on my own at the commercial site. I have great supporting colleagues at HQ who would teach me whenever I need them. So, life is not so bad after all.
