The challengesThe Management doesn't have a clear and concise strategy, some directors, managers are not competent to their task; only have short term planning.
The company is having trouble in retaining people (High attrition), needless to mention about attracting talents.
Poor interdependencies between departments; blaming culture; despite claims on team excellence.
Some policies need physical implementation and commitment; not just by writing on piece of paper or cheerleading.
There are still potentials however the Management needs to admit their shortcomings and fix the rotten culture at the core before it is too late.
