    Think twice before you sign the contract.
    The good thingsAgent is responsive.
    The challengesWorst and unfair benefits. No medical and dental coverage. No increment, bonus and AWS. Entitle to have only 7 days of annual leave. For public holiday is paid according to daily pay day rate, not 1.5 or 2x.

    Hiring agent being rude
    The good thingsSome patients are patience with and is understanding enough as they knew that I am the only one attending to them.
    The challengesThe lack of manpower as am the only person attending to the patients. While doing the main jobscope, have to do other adhoc duties at the same time.

    The challengesInitial assignment was hard for me to accept as I have my own set of performance expectations. Due to this, I was worried that Jo may not want to help me further.

    stress free job, the only stress is when talking to visitors overall good and friendly team members to assist you. working hours is flexible still able to make plans after work, salary is reasonable.
    The good thingsFirstly, i would thank JobStudio for giving this job as due to the pandemic it will be hard for us to find a proper job. I enjoyed working with this company because of its salary and working hours, i do understand that place im working at now is high risk however it also teaches me to take note on maintaining my own hygiene.

    The good thingsMichelle was extremely dedicated and approachable, always going the extra mile to ensure that the job that I applied for met my satisfaction. Constantly, checking in with my working environment and progress, to ensure that everything is running smoothly. Her care and concern is beyond the limits of a normal agent, and I sincerely thank her for that.
    The challengesOverall, no major issues on the job recommended. May be just a few minor issues here and there due to the changes in plan.

    The good thingsThe agent Michelle was very responsive, took great initiative in seeking out new opportunities at the start and catered to my needs. She checked up with me regularly on the working environment and whether I had any problems, going beyond the role of a recruitment agent. Being kind and casual in her responses, it was very easy to chat and discuss matters, unlike others who are strictly stoic in professional issues. The working environment was pleasant as well, with the regular staff being extremely kind and helpful in offering any advice to newcomers. For a temperature screening job, this is definitely one of the most comfortable and easy-going place to work at.
    The challengesNo major challenges regarding work at all. The only thing different from other jobs is the leave application, as this is a one-man screening, it would be good to find a replacement before applying for leave for accountability and responsibility.

    Fulfilling and worthwhile experience
    The good thingsMy agent Michelle, was very helpful in helping me to source for the best job opportunity and is efficient with her response! From time to time, she would also check up on me to ensure that I am coping well with my job. All in all, I really enjoy myself working in this company.
    The challengesSome patients were quite impatient and direct with their replies so it came off a little a harsh for me in the beginning. However, I slowly adapt to the environment and am better at coping with the patients now.
