    A journey definitely worth attempting!
The good thingsJ&J is probably the most caring of all employers I have worked with. Steered by the guiding principle of Credo that promotes fairness and integrity at work. The culture, people and dynamic synergies within and among the ecosystems we work with is out of this world.
The challengesRelationship building, multi-cultural differences as my role covers 14 countries are one of the many challenges I enjoy at work!

The challengesJ&J is implementing a matrix organization and many business lines, as a supporting function, we need to be agile and ready for constant change. Strong networking is a key success in J&J.

    Reputable organisation
The good thingsWell known organisation, good for experiences and learnt alot to bring to my next job. They have employees and contractors working well tgt in this organisation, do not feel a line where you feel small. Some people may be hard to work with but there is a hotline you can call for assistance or to report for any unfairness. They like to take care of their employees
The challengesMany people from different countries so you may find a culture difference but over time, if you are used to it, it is an overall friendly office to work in for the department I was at.

    Dynamic environment
The good thingsAble to learn a lot of new stuff and great employer!
The challengesBeing in a dynamic environment, means there is a lot of basic knowledge and on hands skills are needed, if the employee are not being knowledgeable this can be a big challenges. Therefore in this company, continuing exploration and constantly learning skills are needed in order to be in this dynamic environment! I'd love this environment cause I can continuously evolving and learning!

Great Company, Freebies, Great Managers and Leaders
The good thingsFree brewed coffee, creamer, sugar, tea, lots of free foods during month, quarter, and year end closing. Freebies! Discounted J&J products with additional discount during slob sales for employees and contractors :) There are also lots of freebies during bazaars and events. Great Facilities! I guess nothing can beat that. On the GS building, we've got a treadmill and other equipment for workout aside from the Gold's Gym facility inside the JnJ campus. we have a few fully reclining chairs where you may sleep whenever you wish to take a nap aside from the sleeping quarters. Great environment, literally. You may stay at the rooftop for a relaxing landscape and view of the sunset whenever you need to get some fresh air. WORK LOAD & EXPERIENCE: You get to learn a lot of things which could help you with your career! Lots of trainings. You can work and take a break whenever as long as you still deliver what's expected on time. You may even take a nap in between working hours. Working and transacting with accountants and other PICs from all over the world (depending on your assigned country) is challenging but worth it. the work facilities and information system is rated 11/10, it's advanced with various user friendly software. Really, work experience-wise, working in J&J is worth it. BENEFITS: Lots of benefits for direct employees. There are also lots of fun events every now and then, on and offsite.
The challengesheavy workload and super stressful month end closing! but worth it! some processes are still under standardization process because of transitions and company expansions. fast paced environment busy weeks won't let you go home :D sometimes, no holidays for GFS employees. Minimal benefits but considered competitive for indirect employees.
