    High pay, stressful environment.
    The good thingsI like having to be fast and adaptable, sometimes having to swap between counter duties and kitchen duties.
    The challengesIt was extremely stressful as the equipment were constantly faulty and could not keep track of orders. We get a lot of angry customers every day due to equipment and long waiting times.

    The good thingsThey are very accomodating with thier employees and assist us how to become effective employee, trained as very well so we can still managed to worked under pressured. Yah this company is very challeging but what i've learned from them is, they treat us family. So there is always harmony in our working place. This qoute that i will never forget \"always wear your smile\" its contagious, it's nice to feel that you can share your smile to others. Inshort jollibee is friendly ☺☺☺

    The good thingsim happy to serve the people..all managers are cool..managers treat all employee as a friend after duty and they also teach us how to handle some situation in good a way..they also cooperate with the emplyee special if there so many customer in the store.in our general meeting they always find a way to explain all the things to the emplyee, if we have made a mistake they talk to us in a nice way..

    The good thingsI love the fast paced environment and how the company trains you on how to respond to different situations/occasions, how to respond to customers without earning their ire. How to think on your feet and how to motivate your crew and peers. I also love they develop your values such as decision making skills and time management as well as their rewards system.
    The challengesThe stress and fast-pace can be draining, You need to be always on your toes so you will be able to face each day with a smile and good stead. The reason I resigned is not because of the company but rather their commitment to good customer service. It is difficult to be patient with people who are very irksome.

    The good thingsIt was a training ground for me to become a better leader. Made me hone my skills such as selling, negotiation and closing deals. I was able to meet new people and made them my friends as well. I enjoyed staying with them because of the friendship and the spirit of family. They provided me a great foundation to go on better with my life. As such i will always be indebted to them the knowledge.
    The challengesThe challenges where being assigned to different location such as far flung areas and also the duty schedule was tough, in the sense that you have to work straight hours and grave yard shifts. The other challenges was the people to deal with regularly.
