How to think on your feet and how to motivate your crew and peers. I also love they develop your values such as decision making skills and time management as well as their rewards system.
The challengesThe stress and fast-pace can be draining, You need to be always on your toes so you will be able to face each day with a smile and good stead. The reason I resigned is not because of the company but rather their commitment to good customer service. It is difficult to be patient with people who are very irksome.
