The good thingsColleagues were extremely helpful. They were willing to sit down and share their inputs on your questions. While there are challenging and busy periods, one can generally find balance during lull periods.
The challengesThe HR dept was not as swift and readily available when you require some administrative help.

Management Level vs Working Level is disgusting!
The good thingsGood bonus with normal nice government's perks and benefits package.
The challengesPerpetually stressful and overloaded working environment for working level staffs, but the management level don't bother at all but only taking care of their own personal interests.

Great statutory board to work in
The good thingsTeam work is great. Management sets clear directions and goals. Career advancement and personal development opportunities are aplenty. Mentors are always willing to help newbies learn the rope and adjust to the environment. Work-life balance is well taken care of. Policies are clearly documented.
The challengesThere isn't really anything negative about the company that I could say, except that one may encounter a demanding customer once in a long while.

    Non-existent life outside of work
The good thingsGood spring board to other jobs.
The challenges1. Makes the bosses go back on time so that the subordinates down the food chain go back on time. 2. Allow for greater understanding of each others job scope so that everyone has a greater appreciation of each others work.
