    Great learning & execution opportunities
    The good thingsThe working environment and culture are great. Plenty of room for creative ideas and freedom of execution. As company is consider young, there will lesser to none restriction on clients acquisition and method of work. Great learning curve for new & experience consultant.
    The challengesThere will be frequent changes in company system and work process as company is relatively young. Trial and error is still part of the process of the company growth. Branding of the company is new on market, hence getting new clients will require more convincing and effort are required.

    The good thingsColleagues are great! Company is young and fun! Not only we strive to excel at work, we have quarterly events and yearly events (Overseas trips, festive season celebration etc.) I have learn and gain a lot of experience and exposure during my times at JTE. I love the environment and people at JTE, i have met many new friends and learning opportunities from Mentor. I will DEFINITELY recommend any one that wants to gain exposure and opportunities to JTE Recruit Pte Ltd.
    The challengesAs the company is new and growing, there is still a lot of 'untouch' area we have to figure and solve the issue together as a team. We do face difficult times whereby some choices have to be decide by whole team after several discussion. Some are great, some are not so great. This is the part where i think JTE could and should be working on!
