Great working colleagues but poor management Low pay Low benefits. The good thingsJulia Gabriel has a warm culture. Your colleagues become family they are like your best friends and friends you will keep for life. They are very dependable and helpful and loving. They are also very talented in many areas. In Julia Gabriel you will find a big pool of dedicated talented Teachers.
The challengesBecause it feels so much like family sometimes the line between professional and personal gets blurred. The pay is incredibly Low and I have talked to management about our pay being very Low but no changes have been made in years. We have to find our own costumes for classes. The centre is not well maintained and I’m constantly falling sick cause the air is dirty and we can’t air the place. The management doesn’t look after its workers properly and pays their front desk staff more than their Teachers which I find a little silly since the teachers are the one retaining and bringing in the customers. Very very slow career advancement. Even if you are Super good at your job they will nick pick at things that are not related to the job position and only promote you when people leave and are in dire need of Teachers... other than that you can forget about a promotion unless you fight for it.
