    Not an ideal environment for graduates and young professionals. The workplace culture seems to emphasize forming unconventional relationships with higher management rather than prioritizing effective work strategies.

    The good thingsTransportation allowance is considered one of the best in MHE industry.
    The challengesThe work environment largely depends on the department you’re in, and it can be quite toxic, particularly due to certain senior staff members. Unusual relationships are common, and mishandling them can contribute to the toxicity. The company often feels like a retirement home; talent isn’t necessarily required to do the job—what matters more is learning to navigate the toxic and political dynamics. This environment can be mentally draining at times.
