    The good thingsMultiple Project exposure would be a great opportunity to grow. Initial growth opportunities are available with some effort. The company is well known and has branches in multiple countries. Multi-cultural workforce.
    The challengesCareer growth after a lead level is near stagnant. nearly impossible to be a permanent employee without politics. Rewards are inefficient. inefficient, wasteful long time working than efficient and value-added work is rewarded. Salary growth is stagnant unless you get to be a permanent employee. Lack of direction is challenging if not self-directed.
