    13 Years Operations of Loose Cargoes And all sorts of heavy lifts, containers etc.
    The good thingsOnce back home..will sure 101% miss the smellz of the port
    The challengesFrom age of 19yrs old-33yrs , work as Lashing Specialistfrom Pasir Panjang then loose cargoes were all transferred to J.P..then change line to Stevedoring/Rigger/Signalmen then lastly upgrade myself tookup a tower crane (Saddle Jib) course by Bca which were fully pais by me without any sponsor. And now wish to be part of here ans serve the same industry that i loves to work with here in Jurong Port as A Crane Operator.

    Friendly working environment but unclear career progression
    The good thingsGood management, clear segregation of workload, friendly working environment. There is a gym for employees to use, and 8 weekly exercise programs for interested employees. The program changed every two months. Proactive in bonding employees of different departments.
    The challengesCareer progression not as good, possibly due to Low turnover rate in my department and declining economy.
