    Good for learning but if you’re experienced/over qualified than L1.5 don’t bother coming in
    The good thingsIs good for new comers in IT to come and have real hands on experience or people who have L1 intend to move up to L2
    The challengesWork is not properly compensated. Minimum leave approval and benefits. No proper structure within the company. No proper training phase.
