    The good thingsThe unity and teamwork with the teachers and the supportive principal who helped in bringing out the potential in all the staffs. The opportunities to grow and learn in this industry and keeping the passion going throughout the career.
    The challengesBetter benefits for all the staffs to recognize their hard works. Performance bonus for all staffs given in percentage that they deserve instead of giving only a handful as the best teacher cannot be the best without the support of others.

    The challengesSeveral projects throughout the year but are good challenges and it all depends on individual's mindset and conviction in carrying them out. Need to very disciplined and clear on what you are doing and planning your time well.
