    The good thingsThis experience has equipped me to be resourceful and versatile.
    The challengesCommunity team members were expected to change light bulbs at height with no proper certification or training. Training was poorly executed and followed up.

    Overall, heartless company I’ve ever worked in
    The good thingsBenefit is average, colleagues are nice.
    The challengesThey don’t have proper system or SOP. They do not appreciate their employees. High turnover rate. Unfair treatment. They don’t bother abt the welfare of their employees, all they know is trying to impress the media with new centres opening/collabs/investors/donations. Very unstable company. Seems like they can close down any time since they are cutting cost in a lot of things & giving covid as an excuse. I would never recommend anyone to work here or be their client.

    Plenty of growing pains

    The challengesChanges in policies every couple of months. Leadership was unreasonable and evidently biased. Micro-managed. Conflicting feedback from different levels of management.

    Does not make work better
    The good thingsThe office environment is nice, open concept and you can work from any of the centres that JustCo has.
    The challengesThe amount of workload, trying to do too much with too little resources. Bad rep. Bad leadership and management style. Macro manage, low trust.
