    The challengesOperations are still very backwards. employees mentality is still rather backwards. Need a better HR System. - Hiring the right candidates is crucial for a healthy changes and business growth Salary channels could have been done better.

    if you like to be not appreciated, please join jysk group
    The good thingsmost colleagues were cooperative and supportive (must exclude management)
    The challengesminimum staff benefits. management dont show appreciation towards backend staff because they dont bring in sales only except to use hq office facilities. management dont appreciate staff staying back for ot so please go home on time but be prepared they will penalize you because you go home on time.

    The good thingsThe colleagues are nice.
    The challengesyou have to be very positive to accept the task given by the management. And pray hard because salary will come out within 7 “working” days. Other perks have to experienced once you come into the company. :)
