The good thingsWork load not that heavy.
The challengesManagement have no clue on what they are doing. Most have worked there for quite some time but knowledge about work is very limited. Tend to blow up small matters into big problem. No structured training for new staff but expect new staff to learn on their own

The good thingsFairly good work / Life Balance and Salary and Bonus comes in on time
The challengesSenior Mgmt all the way to General Managers has extreme politics going on even with junior staff and subordinates. Mgmt in general blows small issues up to gigantic issues. They have no clue as to guiding staff with any new processes or refreshing a process with mentors to guide staff so as to be more efficient and effective in the execution of the process. Mgmt makes issues personal. Mgmt has no trust in subordinates.
