    Great place to work
    The good thingsThe company has many opportunities to grow professionally, the environment is pretty good and the people who work there are good in what they do.
    The challengesThe project demands a lot of knowledge in the field, in my case Android, because the app has many details and it changes a lot, so it is important to keep evolving, mainly on the Architecture of the app

    The challengesThey say they need leader but they have resistance for a leader.( Their actions and words don't match). Lack of focus and professionalism. Lack of Knowledge on selling points.
