The good thingsColleagues are friendly, supervisors are encouraging
The challengesServing the clientele is challenging at times, as some can be very demanding/overbearing. Office building / infrastructure (at KKFSC) is old. Office at Whampoa is newer and better.

Singapore3 to 4 years in the role, former employee
    Extremely employee-friendly and nurturing company
The good thingsWorks as a family and have lots of employees' touch-points and programmes that helps balance the challenges of social service sectors. Though I am as old as their parents or even grandparents, the staff as a whole accorded me great respect and support - especially in my first year.
The challengesThe demographic profile of the population in Jalan Besar and Jalan Batu coupled with the distance from Yishun. The greatest challenge is that of having too many high-maintenance-low-yield clients assigned to me - mainly because of my ability to connect and language/dialect abilities. Left with great reluctance after thinking and talking about it for a year.
