    The good thingsSafety management have a good relationship with the co-workers and the management has good support in the company Safety team.
    The challengesTackling the new co-worker in adapting to Singapore Safety standards and liasing with engineers in building up good repo for the safety in the workplace.

    Micro Management Environment
    The good thingsGood Environment if you have a close relationship.
    The challengesI find that the company’s management need to understand the employees individually, office practices and not simply micro-manage, lack of strong and consistent management, a lack of direction in my roles which makes it tough to organize and prioritize tasks. There is progressive, but actions say likewise.

    The good thingsThe benefits by them. Are different from the local SME
    The challengesAlmost all projects awarded to Kandenko are sub contracted out to sub con to complete inclusive project management, installation, testing and commissioning, procurement, logistic and handing over. Challenges are when sub con workers and personnel decided to pull out of the site before completion of the project. Really have a thought time to ask them back to complete the project
