    The challengesMessy and no processes at all, office location for a tech co in an industrial building and estate speaks much about the Company. Very simple setup with standards far below tech industry benefits.

    Plenty of learning opportunities
    The good thingsLot's to learn and plenty of opportunities to evolve and develop critical skills under good management, who are able to guide you while giving you accountability. Managers are making a more serious effort in making sure that employees enjoy their workplace and environment.
    The challengesThe company could provide more support to new joiners, but I can see they are already putting this in place for smoother entries.
