    The good thingsGood colleagues to work with and Company is not stagnant. Company strives to improve and catching up to new technology, such as recent year started ATT (Autonomous Truck) and moving forward to RPA (Robotic Process Automation). Opportunity of career progression is always there.
    The challengesDynamic and fast pace. May lacking of personal life time due to working location (Jurong Island) and travelling time to work location. The Company could have more activities to bond the staff together, but not only during working hours. Amenities in the Company could be improved.

    The challengesManpower issue. The job is great but due to manpower issue we work hours longer than expected. Off days are never proper and family time can kiss goodbye.

    No Work Life Balace. No Team Work. The pay is quite reasonable. But your allowance will be deducted if you take mc or urgent leave. If you are really sick your allowance will be deducted. Even you took an urgently of your family members pass away, your al

    The challengesThere is not much challenges in this company. You need to work faster & ZERO mistake is a must.
