    The challengesExpected to work long hours every day of the week without any sort of reimbursement, not even meal or transport benefits. Management doesn't care about personal wellbeing, only to chase for work to be done. Staffs quit every few months, and the new people are expected to get the same things done even without any experience

    The challengesThe company has an organization, but it has too many bosses on site. Most supervisors do not listen to their superior block-in-charge and are usually lazy. You need to spend a lot of time at work. With my years of experience on many construction projects here and abroad, it still boils down on how the Project Manager manages is project.
