Learning the different aspects and contributing in helping the company in terms of design and marketing was definitely a positive experience.
Also, being able to converse with overseas clients gave an added advantage as opportunities like this is hard to come by.
The challengesThey are very speedy in terms of deliverables. Coordination is key and mistakes greatly affect your possibility of bonuses and future in the company. As someone who makes mistakes (everyone does), it was very stressful at times when I felt like the best I could provide was still never enough. I wasn't able to properly bond with the team and that contributed to my descend in confidence too.
