Flexible perks and access to management, but extreme overtime, poor PM and no support.
The good thingsFlexible working hours, can talk to management directly. Annual dinner is fun, company trip and gym (reimbursable).
The challengesOvertime, working 7 days a week is normal. working till 11pm or midnight is normal also when project is peak. Poor project management tools and skills, no guidance, no point no give suggestion management not willing to improve

if you want to be a multitasker with fresh graduate salary, go for it!
The good thingsYearly overseas company trip and the main office at wood Square has good environment as well!
The challengesThe turnover rate is also super high where many people in the company are silently discussing on when to leave the company. The job scope can be very wide for engineers. With the long hour and wide job scope, the salary package can be extremely discouraging based on the hourly rate. Sometimes, you need to work like project manager, construction manager, safety engineer and equipment engineer at the same time depending on which project team you are joining. Maybe you can learn more but it is discouraging where you only get project engineer salary which is below standard salary in Singapore. From job culture perspectives, it is a big no as there are too many project engineers mostly from Malaysia competing to get promoted which has very small quota every year.

The good thingsThe scope that I do need to be independent, friendly, systematic and knowledge about the job.
The challengesDifferent people have different styles and procedures to follow. Need to be in line with the project manager.
