    Average and stressful
    The good thingsGood teammates across the region and locally in Singapore, very collaborative and they are all supportive and understanding. Depends on your manager, mine was mostly understanding and supportive.
    The challengesVery stressful, a lot of tasks on hand, no good work-life balance. Company policy/HR not really understanding to special situations of individuals, not flexible on requirements to staff well being.

    The good thingsGreat benefits if you are hired as a permanent employee.
    The challengesTurnover rate for department was really high due to improper training plan - new hires are expected to hands-on within the first week of joining. Partly because of lack of manpower - current employees are unable to assist in proper transition. Current practices are outdated making the task at hand harder than it needs to be. Salary lower than average, even with experience.
