    Not a healthy environment where employees can thrive.
    The good thingsHardly anything good. WFH flexibility is okay but some divisions got more than others.
    The challengesA lot of things can be improved on. Not changing decisions every 5 minutes for example and having a process that is followed through. It is a very messy organisation overall. Not as family-friendly as it is portrayed to be.
