    Not a good experience. MGMT are focus on making a profit that they forgot the basics of treating and safety of the staffs. Toxic environment amongst the management and not being open or listen to the team.

    The good thingsThe positive side of working in Kidzania is, you can have fun teaching the kids and you can also see a lot of funny things. The colleagues is nice and friendly.

    It has been educational, being able to learn about both kids and adults behaviours
    The good things- The exposure towards a large target audience which includes both kids and adults - Being exposed to different careers and learning about the key values in order to carry out the activities - Being sent for multiple courses in order to further improve our work ethics and understanding towards our role at work
    The challenges- Having to work the weekends and public holiday - Working late hours whenever there is an event - Harder to take days off work during school holidays or peak periods - Working in a kids environment where you need to constantly understand the kids behaviour

    The good thingsThe atmosphere working with kids and the interaction was pretty okay . My peers were nice and my superiors were very supportive . Working at Kidzania Singapore was quite an experience , to be honest .
