    Low pay and near to zero benefits
    The good thingsTeam work and a handful of helpful people for hip projects.
    The challengesVery heavy office politics if working in project team. Certain staffs will have alot more unofficial benefits then normal staff. If you are not part of the group,you will be alone which is not gd, sub standard subcons that need to handle. For a company that proclaim that they are "big", the benefits is near to zero, and will not get any increment even you had done nothing wrong in your work and zero explanation given when asked. Site Mangenent will only be worried when govt bodies step in or enforced on issues.

    Great environment, Great Colleagues and Amazing Management.
    The good thingsAfter home improvement project ends, everything would be smooth sailing. Less calls, less walk-ins. The management is thoughtful, and there are many amazing people working here.
    The challengesThe first six month of the project would be difficult due to the high volume of people coming in the office for queries. After the project ends, everything else will be relaxing.

    The good thingsGood boss with good team. The working hours is long but good with alternate weekends which is consider good in construction industry.
    The challengesToo old fashioned, low pay and not to mentioned they required you to work on Sunday even public holiday without any replacement off. It is a very bias based company towards senior staff.
